All orders received after 11am EST will normally ship the next business day, or one to two days thereafter, pending all items are in stock and credit approval. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders placed between 11am EST Friday, through Monday 11am EST will ship on Monday, pending availability and credit approval. Next day delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
Back Orders
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email.
Sales Tax
We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to New York addresses.

Returns & Exchanges - 30 Day Guarantee
We are proud of our vedaPURE collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on items that have been opened.
Returning Your Item
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
How to return your item
Please contact vedaPURE before returning any merchandise to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. Please write the RMA # in the upper right-hand corner of the packing slip, along with the return reason. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Exchanging Your Item
Please call Customer Service at 212 628 5117 to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS or FedEx at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
